Q. Is this service really for free?
A. Our site has both "Free" and "Gold" members with no obligation to upgrade. There are added features that require payment when you wish to upgrade to GOLD status.
Since we are a new site, we will be providing a limited time free trial to our members. [back]

Q. How do I create a profile?
A. Creating and posting a profile is free and only takes a bit of time. If you're logged in now, you've probably already finished the first step. To finish the rest, login and click on My Profile on the top menu then select Edit Profile on the right side of the screen. From there you can go to various profile pages and complete them. click Save when you're done.

i. Edit Profile
Click on this option to change any of the content of your profile; your personal details, your free text area etc. Remember to save your changes! Click the Save button at the foot of the page

ii. Build Profile
Use this area to customize your profile. You don’t have to use this area but if you want to give your profile your own personal touch, then here you can change the layout by moving components about. You can also change the profile background color by clicking on the Background tab and selecting a new color. Try it!

There are five sections in the default template and six sections in the advanced template, and thirteen profile components to move about. You can have more than one component in each section. However, three of the thirteen are optional HTML elements that you can build yourself. If you don’t know any HTML then don’t worry; you can still experiment with the other ten components.

Try different layouts my clicking and dragging components into one of the six profile areas. To remove a component from a section, click on the cross in the top right corner of the component. If you don’t want to use any of this, just leave all the boxes empty and the default layout will be used.

iii. Profile HTML
Click on this tab to add HTML that will form the HTML components mentioned above. For example, you could add a link to a picture on another site, or add music player codes. Use the preview button to check the code, then click the save button to save it. (We reserve the right to remove any HTML that is inappropriate or potential harmful to the site).

A.You can email other members, whether you`re initiating or replying, as soon as you join us.

A.What happens at onerush.com stays at onerush.com. We use a double-blind email system to preserve your privacy. It replaces your real email address with your username, then forwards your messages to the members you`re emailing. [back]

Please note: If you reply to an email from another onerush.com member directly from your email program, make sure you've turned off your auto-signatures and auto-responders. If you don`t, you could unintentionally send your personal information along with your message. Read through your responses to make sure your actual email address does not appear. Also, be sure not to copy (cc:) or forward email to yourself when you send a message from your own email program.

Q. Where do I receive emails from other members?
A. All emails from other members are sent to the email address you registered with. A copy is also available for viewing in your onerush.com Mailbox.
Also, due to your email providers automatic blocking and filtering, receiving your email is not guaranteed, or can be delayed. Not to worry, though. All of your emails sent and received within the last 30 days can be viewed in your onerush.com Mailbox. [back]

Q. How do I stop someone from emailing me?
A. You can stop someone from emailing you by going to the Blocking Section in Account Settings at the top of every page. Just enter the username of the person you want to block, and select the appropriate box for email blocking. [back]

Q. I just want to search for people. Why should I create a profile?
A. You're here to meet people and a profile helps you do that. Filling out a profile will allow us to find members who are interested in you, and make sure you're interested in them. You'll also be able to start winking at members who strike your fancy. Not to mention, it's the only way other members can find you. Q. How do I update or edit my profile after it's been posted?
A. Edit your profile whenever you want by logging in and clicking on My Profile at the top of any page. [back]

Q. Can I hide my profile so other members can't see it?
A.You can take a break by hiding your profile at any time. Just log in and click on My Profile at the top of any page, and make the appropriate selection under Visibility Options. But remember…you never know when that one person might be looking for you! [back]

A. Simple. Say what you will, but guys are 14 times more likely to look at a profile with a photo. Women are 8.5 times more likely to look at your profile if you have a pic. Q. How do I change my email address or password?
A. Login first. Click on Edit Profile menu link at the top of the screen. From there you can change your email address in the About Me page. To change your password, click on Change Password link. You have to provide your old password, and new password. [back]
